Description: With a focus on student achievement, schoolwide improvement and working with the adults that influence middle school students, collaborating at the school site was a natural evolution for AVID and State GEAR UP. Both programs provide staff development and support programs for teachers, counselors and site teams: the adults that influence middle school students. There is exciting potential for continued learning across programs.
